Rick Deneault
September 21, 1948 – May 17, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Rick Deneault. Rick leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, his daughter Nicole (Niki) Deneault, (Land Pearson), son Bradley, grandson Rowan, granddaughter Asha, sister Irene Adams, Jolene (Tl’aaiyah and Iyanna), Chris (Cinqo) Adams, (Danielle), Zander, Chase, Colton, his very special sister-in-law Helen Comazetto, (Gary) Ryan Deneault, Hailey, Rachelle Best (Chris), Ren, Kurt Deneault (Angela), Aliyah. Gail Cooke (Jim), Alyssa Barclay, (Dylan) Reeve, Holly, Lacy, Cody Cooke, (Kelly). Margaret Abel (Phil), Jim, Ray, Eileen Louie (Roger), Wilf Bennett, Gordon Deneault Sr., Mamie Isnardy (Avon), Alex, Rodney, (Latoya), Morgan, Marcel, Gordon Jr. (Noni), Kassandra, (Wolfgang), Emery, Carson. Mona Pierro, Bradley (Kim), Ryle,Carla, Keith, Casey, Levi, Lane, Collins. The Deneault’s, Glenn, Charlene, Terry, Jerry, Barb, Debora, Gary, Marylou, Janet, Irene, Carol, Councillor Archie, and their families. He was predeceased by his Father Albert Deneau, Mother Anne Deneault, sister Beverly (Errol), brother Wally (Wendy), Brother Joseph, Grandparents Wally & Irene Blair, Lorne, and Germaine Mc Dermid.
He coached minor hockey for several years, with many tips from his brother Wally. He said fridays are for golfing with his buddies, Fred Seymour, Shane Paul, (Vance), Tyrone Seymour, Rene Gottfriedson, Dylan & Sammy.
He loved his work life, and proud he put a road on the map. He worked for The Department of Highways, Donny & Barb McLean, Al Greffard, Arrow Transportation, (Warren Edwards, Dan Welyk), Brian Erlandson, T’kemlups, Brentwood Industries, Chief of Skeetchestn Band, Painted Rock Aggregates, where he retired.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Rick’s CELEBRATION of LIFE has been CANCELLED, to be announced at a later date.
